“The Liberty is a valuable arts facility, community gathering spot, and a human change agent in the Uptown area. We aim to be known best for quality programming and a caring approach to theatrical education and production.”
The Clifton Performance Theatre’s “Kids Act Out Program” is a non-profit organization, enriching the youth of greater Cincinnati by providing positive artistic experiences and affordable educational opportunities for children ages 3-17. Our mission is to guide each individual student as they develop their voice and place in the Arts.
Our adult programming includes contemporary plays, classes, and live music performances.
Originally built in 1909, Clifton Players acquired the building in 2017, renaming it The Liberty Exhibition Hall, and re-introduced it to the public for private events and artistic performances of all genres. The Clifton Players is the non-profit governing body for The Liberty Exhibition Hall, and its sister location The Clifton Performance Theatre (CPT). The Clifton Players is an artist driven non-profit organization, enriching individuals, neighborhoods in urban Cincinnati, and the wider community by providing positive artistic experiences in historic buildings perviously not for public use.
The Liberty Exhibition Hall is now the home of the Clifton Community Players and Clifton Performance Theatre. Clifton Community Players is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, co-founded by Artistic Director, Carol Brammer. Carol’s skills on stage and teaching youth are well-known in the greater Cincinnati theatre community, and beyond. Our youth program beginning 11 years ago in 2010, have proven very successful with helping young people grow in their social skills and theatrical talent.
